Empathy is a skill and like any skill it can be learned. How is your empathy IQ? Building your empathetic skills enables you to relate to others in meaningful ways. It addresses how we connect to our customers and clients as well how we provide care.
This workshop will include conversation, experiential exercises, practical empathy building tools and applications.
The workshop will be led by Dr. Stephen Jones, Director, Center for Healthy Aging at Greenwich Hospital and Andrew Witter, President and Co-Founder of Empathy IQ.
