At The Greens at Greenwich, our team specializes in caring for people with memory impairment. Our assisted living services are tailored specifically to each resident’s needs. Whether your loved one is dealing with memory impairment, dementia, or more advanced Alzheimer’s, we have been providing excellence in memory care to the community for over 20 years.

We have ongoing training which includes coaching, workshops and seminars for all staff members including nursing, programming, housekeeping, office, and food service staff.

Although each staff member has their own role, each engages in day-to-day connections and activities with residents. The chef may be talking about food with a resident or taking a stroll with them in the garden. You may find the office manager actively engaged with a resident as they talk about office procedures, work, or the Yankees.
